Designed for open worlds, natural environments and any scene where meshes meet terrain.
Overview
RenderMeld blends meshes and surfaces in real time, creating seamless transitions where rocks, cliffs, ruins and props meet the landscape — without building and maintaining a Runtime Virtual Texture pipeline for every material involved.
In development
RenderMeld is in pre-production and will be developed after Souls Destruction Framework and World State Reset Framework ship their current milestones. The scope described here is the announced target, not a shipped feature list. Detailed documentation will be published as the implementation lands.
Announced scope
- real-time blending between meshes and landscape surfaces;
- seamless material transitions at mesh/terrain intersections;
- a workflow that does not require authoring complex RVT setups;
- Nanite-compatible rendering path;
- editor tooling for tuning blend distance and masking.
Scope limitation
Scope limitation
RenderMeld is a rendering and blending tool. It is not a landscape generator, a foliage system, a material library or a world-building suite.
