Support

Support

Direct email support for every GreyFox Studio Unreal Engine product. Include the details below and the first reply can usually be a solution instead of a question.

Before contacting support

Collect the following before writing. It removes at least one round trip:

  • plugin version;
  • Unreal Engine version, including the hotfix number;
  • reproduction steps, from a clean editor start if possible;
  • screenshots of the failing state or the reported message;
  • relevant logs and, for authoring issues, the exported batch CSV report;
  • the issue code shown by the plugin, when one is displayed.

Report a bug

Use the bug template when the plugin behaves differently from what the documentation states. Attach the reproduction steps and, for runtime issues, the destruction profile settings involved.

Report a Bug

Feature request

Feature requests are read and tracked, but they are not promised. Describe the production problem you are trying to solve rather than the implementation you expect.
